How does mobile detailing work?

We bring all equipment and supplies to your location. All we need is access to water and electricity (standard household outlets). You can work, relax, or go about your day while we detail your vehicle on-site.

How long does a typical detail take?

Executive Packages typically take 2–3 hours. Prestige Packages take 3–4 hours. Presidential Packages and paint correction services can take 5–8 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.

What areas do you serve?

San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Berkeley, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Fremont, Hayward, Daly City, Walnut Creek, and surrounding Bay Area communities.

Do I need to be present during the detail?

You don't need to be present the entire time. We just need access to your vehicle, water, and electricity. Many clients drop off their keys and continue with their day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of service. Fleet customers can arrange monthly invoicing.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

We can perform interior detailing in any weather. For exterior services, we'll reschedule at no charge if weather conditions aren't suitable. We monitor forecasts and will contact you in advance.

Do you offer same-day service?

Same-day service is sometimes available depending on our schedule. Contact us by phone for the fastest response regarding urgent appointments.

Can I add services to my package?

Absolutely. You can add any of our add-on services to any package. We recommend mentioning desired add-ons when booking so we can allocate appropriate time and provide an accurate quote.
